RESULTS

Managed the spinout of a $2.5 billion flash memory company from its parent companies. A six month project coordinating all aspects of the “quote-to-cash” and “procure-to-pay” cycles on behalf of client. Ensured that all customers and suppliers were able to conduct business with new entity on a stand alone basis and that all outstanding orders and backlog were appropriately transitioned.


Senior Program Manager and business lead responsible for transitioning clients country specific business operations from an outsourced operating platform to clients internal world wide operating platform.


Sourced, developed and implemented the business processes and system applications necessary for the launch of a $3 billion Thrift Institution.


Led multiple business reviews of clients various operating departments resulting in the realignment of personnel to improve operational effectiveness and contain cost.

Developed a custom CRM and SCM solution coupled with a commercially available financial package for one of North America's largest wholesale nursery growers.


Shepherded a turn-around team to complete an Oracle Applications implementation including eighteen modules in the United States, Europe and Asia. Delivered the project within the original budget.


Led multiple asset reviews on behalf of clients designed to either develop corrective action plans to increase ROI or divest under-performing/non-strategic assets


Guided operations team through a redesign of the inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage and ensure accuracy.


Directed the development and implementation of a Sarbanes-Oxley implementation strategy and associated reporting guidelines.
